Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders ship internationally and are delivered via tracked express shipping. Estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 7-10 days from dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your order's progress. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at contact@tifo.com.au.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $9.00 AUD on orders under $80.00 AUD. Orders of $80.00 AUD and over qualify for free shipping.

Customs and Import

Your order ships from overseas. Orders under $1,000 AUD enter Australia duty-free under the low value import threshold. You will not be charged customs or import duties on standard orders.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@tifo.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
