Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We only offer domestic shipping at this stage, shipped and tracked directly through Australia Post. Estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 3-7 days from dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your order's progress. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at contact@tifo.com.au.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $9.00 AUD on orders under $40.00 AUD. Orders of $40.00 AUD and over qualify for free shipping.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@tifo.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
