Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right. Contact us at tifoau@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or change of preference. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our products are fulfilled promptly after purchase and cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order is in processing.
Delivery Timeframes
Our products ship internationally and typically arrive within 7-10 days. Delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify for a refund. If your order has not arrived within 20 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate.
